Hello, Yes you are eligible for both mha or mba after completing your graduation in English. 

Eligibility for mha is- 

Candidate can have a  Bachelor's Degree in Health sciences / Medical Sciences / Allied Health Sciences streams / any other stream may also be considered provided passing marks has to be minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in undergraduate degree, and the Degree should be from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission. 

Eligibility for mba is- 

Candidate can have a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% in the case of the candidate belonging to reserved categories) in his/her graduation or degree exam from a recognized university is eligible for an MBA degree. And final year students awaiting their results are also eligible.

Also, for mba entrance exam is required to qualify like cat, xat, gmat etc.
