There are lots of government medical colleges available in Tamil Nadu. The usual cutoff for MBC category ranges between 350-380 marks as per the analysis of 2018 year. The highest being 457 marks in the Madras Medical college. And other reputed colleges like Stanley GMS, Christian GMC, Thanjavur GMC, and Madurai GMC were 411, 226, 367 and 393 marks. And rest all the colleges have cutoffs less than this. So you must aim to score around 400+ to ensure your seat into government medicsal colleges.
