Hey,

The fees of M.Tech. programme varies from college to college. All the central government funded universities(IIT's) offers a subsidy, which in total cost approximate of Rs. 1.25 Lakh. While NIT's will cost you around Rs. 2 Lakh for the complete course.

If you are seeking admission to any private college, then the course fees will be bit higher, as it varies college to college.

Also, you will be paid a good amount of stipend provided by MHRD. So, you need to check college website in which you are seeking admission.
