Incycle is basically an upgradation round in WBJEE. What happens is that all the seats of the particular round which was not seized or not received any fees and left vacant are to be upgraded or filled by candidates who have got seat in any college in that round. Basically if you have got college 'B' and of college has a vacant seat then if your is enough to get a seat in that college then you will get it.
