The job process after btech is pretty sophisticated now you have a few options going in after btech the first one would be to go through the campus placement and join a service oriented company that would of your package of about 3 to 4 lacs which would do nothing to you other than just so you aren't too mediocracy where you will be working earning hand to mouth and then saving not very much so if you feel like doing it instead of sitting around and preparing and planning for the next year this could be the case but now if we take things to the other level where you have the option of preparing for GATE you could prepare using some guidebooks video lectures or coaching institute through which you could apply into the into the most prominent companies that would be your product oriented companies such as Microsoft in Cisco or you could go in for PSU or other options as well so preparing your technical would be the first thing that you would really required to do at this point of time now these were both the cases that was for job after btech you could also you know going for an MBA and Mtech degree or you know GRE and GMAT are a good option these days.
