As you know that the admission is totally based on the ranking and it varies every year because it depends upon the various factors like level of exam, number of students, their preparation level, their choices and preferences etc.
But keep in mind the number of seat in colleges and seeing the past trends you will get a good NIT or IIIT if you secure rank under 25k and for this you should require to score near about 150+ marks.
You can even get admission if you secure rank more than this like 50k; 60k etc. But it will be mot much beneficial because you will left with only some low ranking colleges .
So better to be in good position.
