Hi, as all other state board and centralized exams for admission in engineering courses have different categories for admission like gen,obc,sc,st etc. and some state categories. Upsee too have some division of categories to help the needy to get a seat in college of their choice. Here bc stands for backward caste and bcgl stands for backward caste girls candidates.
