Instrumentation Engineering specializes on the principle and operation of measuring instruments that are used in the field of the design configuration of automated systems in electrical, pneumatic domains and these engineers are responsible for designing developing installing equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems.

Hi Sasmit!! Instrumentation is a specific branch of engineering which deals with operation and maintainance of automated systems and instruments which are used in industries. Instrumentation engineers are presumed to be very good at calculations and they are suitable for both hardware and software industries.
