what is meant by 'management quota' in private medical colleges in maharashtra? is it equivalent to 'nri quota'?

In private medical colleges, the seats which have not been reserved for the State/Government Quota are referred to as Management Quota seats. Admissions to these seats are also done on the basis of NEET scores and through the NEET counselling process but the college sets fees for these seats higher than that for Government Quota seats were in NRI Quota are for Non-Resident Indians, who wants to study in India.
