Hey!

For the opening and closing ranks mentioned in official website , opening ranks mean the minimum rank and closing rank means the maximum rank upto which the college will accept admission or they are minimum and maximum admissible ranks for any college.

And as far as your case is considered , then you must know that cutoffs fluctuate every year. So what you might have seen would be previoys year cutiffs and as  the cutoffs would have changed this year. And as per the increased cutoffs , you might not have chances for getting admission in IET lucknow.

NO, as 1st round result is declared also the opening and closing ranks so i checked from this year opening and closing ranks. To put my question simplisticly the ranks written in column below scno or scgl are sc open or sc girl ranks or are they general ranks??
