ISTTM Business School Hyderabad is an average Business School with descent placement record.The college reports to have 100% placement every year. Companies visiting the campus offer jobs in Finance,Marketing,H.R and B.A sector.As of 2018 placement record , highest package offered was around 7 lakhs per annum while the average  package was around 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Many students were offered internships through the college and average stipend was around 7000/- per month and highest went upto around 22k per month.
