Since you have not mentioned the exam I am guessing you are talking about JEE Mains exam as in your profile you have mentioned that you are an Engineering Aspirant.

Now with 99 percentile according to past year trends your  EWS rank will easily be  under 1500 , also your CRL(Common rank list) rank will be around 10000.

Hope you are doing well.First of all congratulations for such a result . As per your query let me tell you that it's quite difficult to predict it beforehand as the cutoffs are changing year by year. But you can assume that you will secure a rank in between 8000-12000 for 99 percentile and 18000-22000 for 98 percentile.
