Operations Management is a field like logistics and supply chain management which deals with skills to push into business leadership role and responsibilities in the organisation. It deals with designing and controlling process of production and business operations of goods/products. This mainly focuses on delivery of the product on time, and successfully turn inputs to outputs in an effective manner.
