Panipat was a historic city which was situated in India. In panipat many battle took place. Likely, the famous panipat 1st war and panipat 2nd war took place in panipat. Which were held in 1526 and1761.
Titumir was a freedom fighter who was from bengal. The stood against the British. In the 19th century he made a big bamboo fort to fight against the Britishers, but unfortunately he defeated and died in that battle.

The first battle of panipath in 1526, the second battle of panipath held in 1556 and the third battle of panipath held in 1761 were the major turning points in the Indian History.
And as per your second question, Titumir was a Bengali Muslim freedom fighter. His real name is Syed Mir Nisar Ali. During 19th century he led campaign against the British rule in India and made a large bamboo fort equipped with weapons to fight against the British army. This fort is also known as "Basher Kella".
