Yes, I think CBSE NCERT Syllabus is mote than enough for NEET 2019 Prepartion. 

Let me tell ypu approx percentage wise distribution -

• Biology: 85 – 95 % questions are asked from NCERT.

• Chemistry: 30 – 40 % questions are asked from NCERT

• Physics: 5 – 10 % questions are asked from NCERT.

Coming back to your another question, you need to target more than 550 marks in NEET exam.

 

To get admission in a top medical college you need to aim to score 550+ in the NEET, although it mostly depends on the difficulty of the exam but with this score you will be assured a spot in to colleges. As CBSE conducts NEET every year, most of the questions in NEET are from the NCERT and studying then thoroughly would be enough for you to crack the exam.
