Yes, I think CBSE NCERT Syllabus is mote than enough for NEET 2019 Prepartion. 

Let me tell ypu approx percentage wise distribution -

  • Biology: 85 – 95 % questions are asked from NCERT.
  • Chemistry: 30 – 40 % questions are asked from NCERT
  • Physics: 5 – 10 % questions are asked from NCERT.

Coming back to your another question, you need to target more than 550 marks in NEET exam.
