Hello Basil,
In 2018, the cut off marks for PWD candidates was -35 marks. The expected according to the previous year trends for the PWD candidates in 2019 is around 40 - 70 percentile.
So, for a PWD candidate, nearly 45 percentile might be required to qualify in JEE mains 2019. But, I will suggest it is best to wait for the final cut off release in the month of April.

Hello Basil, The qualifying marks fluctuate every year but you can refer to previous years qualifying marks for PWD category to qualify JEE Mains exam.
