The NEET 2021 application process has been divided into two phases.The second phase NEET registration documents required are - category certificate, PwBD certificate, Class 10 certificate, and citizenship certificate.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the NEET 2021 Phase 2 application form process at their official website neet.nta.nic.in

To be considered for the result of the NEET exam , eligible aspirants must submit the application form on or before the NEET phase 2 registration 2021 last date.
