Hello!!

The sulphur compound chemicals is higher in oil seeds,hence the requirment of sulphur is higher in oil seeds followed by legumes and then grasses.

Sulphur involves in folding and unfolding of protein.

It is involved in activation and deactivation of protein.

Sulphur provides anti-fungal property
