for round counselling you have to apply for management quota seat ( online or offline ) for that you have to fill form which cost some amount which is not refundable .

20 % seats are for management quota .

Spot round is the round to fulfill the all seats remaining as much as possible.
For this you have to pay the fee for counseling as well as registration also.
And if you get seat than counseling fee will be adjusted in this and if you will not get any seat it will be refunded back to you in your account within few months.
Mode of payment is online banking and sbi collect.
