After qualifying theentranceexam, candidates can take part in 15% AIQ as well as 85% state quota seat counselling in their state

You did not mention the medical college ,please mention the same for further information.For any college through state quota or AIQ you have to go through a counselling procedure which consists of registration choice filling and allotment of colleges.Allotment is followed by document verification and fee payment.

For management quota you have to contact the college directly.
