what is the advantage of LEET ,whan compared to Apecet

Hello,

LEET exam is for candidates who want to get direct admission into 2nd year i.e. 3rd semester . Students who have pursued diploma in engineering or technology after intermediate opt for lateral entry. Eligibility criteria for LEET is :-  minimum 45% aggregate in state board or from recognized board for general category and 42.75% for reservation category.

AP ECET exam is conducted by JNTU which is a state level exam. Any candidate who belong to a state other than AP will not be allowed to appear the exam. it gives candidates lateral entry admission for UG engineering and B.Pharm. Courses. eligibility:- must have minimum 45% aggregate in diploma in engineering and technology and pharmacy and minimum 40% aggregate candidates who belong to reservation categories.

Advantage of LEET is candidates who belong to other state are allowed to appear the exam. there is relaxation of 10% for candidates who are kashmiri migrants
