As per my knowledge KPC Medical college,  west bengal  is a private college.
One of the good college at all.
As this year cutoff goes higher and varies on state .
In West bengal  cutoff goes high usually.
If ypu want to know the  fees structure then as per last year it was not less than 5 lacs approximate ( estimated figure only)
As site has not mention  the fees structure 2019 clearly .
As the fees structure for KPC Medical college has nit been found.
