Well it all depends upon your field of interest ,but there are some high paid and interesting career options are available in which you will be glad to work  ,as you have completed your 12th from commerce then will be very well known to basics of commerce stream so all these courses won't be difficult for you

These are some best options to choose after your 12 the with commerce stream , personally I prefer C's or CMA over CA  because margin of error and difficulty level both are low in case of cS and CMA but if you go for CA then you'll have to work very hard but it's also true CA is high paid and honourable than CS and CMA
