See at this point of time it is quite difficult to answer your question because the mater is still pending in the court and unless any verdict gets passed we cannot say anything on it.
However the open boards that are recognized by either central government or state government might not be banned as the boards are completely valid as other regular boards but still I would recommend you to wait for the decision.
