You need to join acting school after 12th from any discipline. Arts is most preferable. 

National school of drama and AAFT are best school producing top alumnus and actors in Bollywood and tollywood. 

Courses need not be degree theycan alsobe certification or diploma course which is equivalent in film industries and doesnt require specific degree but needs great acting skills.
