you can get it after neet's last counselling.The cutoff score to get a seat in vetrinary college for an UR category students depends on the domicile and choice of college. it varies year to year ,so its difficult to predict.for general in 2017 the cutoff was 520 in second counselling and didn't have 3rd counselling even the seats were left vacant.
