Hello !! The minimum percentile required for a candidate to go through NEET 2019 is 40 percentile for sc candidates.As per the previous years ,2018 sc 40 percentile means 118-96 cutoff marks,2017 sc cutoff marks was 130-107.Ill provide you the link where you can get rank wise colleges in west bengal in mbbs course 2019.
