Please nothing like fix to cutoff in NEET 2020 the cut off changes every year depending on number of students and the difficulty of the paper it changes and where is every year. since you said you belongs to general category for getting a homeopathic seat you need to at least cross a score of 400 as you belongs to a general category.

Cutoff for different Colleges depends. The Neet Cutoff marks in 2020 for unreserved category was 134. But getting top BHMS government colleges is tough enough. As to get admission in Institute like Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College ( NHMC) , Delhi, Govt. Homoeopathic Medical College ( GHMC) , Calicut you need to score above 560 - 570 in Neet. But scoring above 500 is good enough to get admission in any of a government BHMS college.
