The cut off is usually dependent on the difficulty level of the exam. It is better if you score above 500 to not face any difficulties in getting admission into the college of your choice.

The cut off score of NEET 2017 has been released along with the result on June 23, 2017. The exam conducting authority, CBSE has released the cut off score of NEET 2017 for all categories.The NEET 2017 cut off is the qualifying score/percentile for the test. It must be noted that NEET 2017 cut off score is the lowest possible marks a candidate must obtain in order to qualify NEET 2017.As per the NEET Cut Off 2017 data, unreserved candidates have to score in the bracket of 697 to 131 marks to clear the 50th percentile Cut Off requirement and be eligible for NEET 2017 Counselling. The cut off score of NEET 2017 is based on many factors such as number of candidates appeared in entrance exam, difficulty level of test, marking scheme, and most importantly, number of MBBS and BDS seats. In order to qualify NEET 2017, candidates belonging to General Category have to secure a minimum of 50 percentile score in the test, while, those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC), the minimum cut off score to obtain is 40 percentile. Further, on the basis of NEET 2017 cut off, the score card of NEET 2017 will specify whether the candidate isNEETqualified or non-qualified. Further, among the qualified candidates, the top 15% scorers will be directly eligible to participate in NEET 2017 counselling for 15% All India Quota Seats. On the basis of NEET 2017 Cut off, NEET rank range for participation in 15% All India Quota (AIQ) counselling will be declared separately. The cutoff always remains somewhere around 360 out of 720 for the general category irrespective of which year it is, with circle variations depending on out of the question paper was a how the people all over the country performed
However, to be really honest, you cannot him to just qualified because the biggest tragedy is to get the qualification marks as laid down with the Medical Council of India, and then we left out without getting any admission to a decent college
Full feeling that Criterion of getting the 50th percentile or somewhere around 360 for the general category out of 720, Intel tells you to be a part of the counselling round figure at the state quota 85% seats for all India quota 15% seats at the government and private level
However unless you get somewhere above 450 marks the admission to a decent Government College becomes a difficulty
Getting above 360, you can expect to get admitted to a dental college with BDS course or some private medical college, who has the provisions and is affiliated by the Medical Council of India, but you will not be able to avail Your opportunities in the better colleges especially in the government sector for the various states of India
So if you are trying to avail the 85% state quota seats you must be evening to score somewhere above 450 preferably above 500 if possible
If you want to avail the 15% all India quota seats across the elite colleges all over India then you must be having to score 550 or above
Just as an advise the majority of your school will definitely come from Biology comma needless to say that it is the main subject based on which your entire medical curriculum would depend so you need to be especially proficient in it
