Hi,
When VIT Pune was given autonomy, the seats that were increased were called off the second shift. There is no particular difference between anything, just timings may be different. There is no discrimination on the basis of professors. No one faces any problem and all the teachers are present for you if you need help irrespective of shift.

As I've written above, the timings are different for both the shifts. But it does not affect any studies or anything.
