Basically the courses are almost same. But the difference is: bba honors give you the option to do specialization in any of your particular interested subject /topic, where as BBA general gives you the overview of the topics/subjects taught in BBA honors.

Also, BBA general is a 3 years degree whereas bba honors is a 4 years bachelor's degree.
