AIIMS is an All India Institute for Medical Sciences whereas NEET is National eligibility cum entrance test.The AIIMS exam is for Admission to the 6 branches of AIIMS in India but NEET exam is for getting admission in private and government Medical colleges other than AIIMS and JIPMER.The AIIMS exam is conducted in Online mode with 200 MCQ's test our skills in Physics,chemistry,Biology,logical reasoning and GK.Whereas the NEET exam tests our skills in only Physics,chemistry and Biology with 180 MCQ's.Many students compete with each other to get seat in AIIMS.Its a dream for every Medical Aspirant.Being with the education it also provides very good environment to practical work.However you will have Very good career after completing your MBBS from AIIMS.
