Hello Raghav

These two career are slightly different and needs a slight different set of skills. Computer science is focused entirely on efficiently programming computers using mathematical algorithms.

Information technology professional works installing internal networks and computer systems, IT graduate can find jobs including information security, network architecture, database administration, system administration and computer support.

Computer science graduates go on to become software developers or web programmers. Other students go for researches.

Both the field leads you to quite a similar kind of job.

Hope it helps
