-It is generated after the after the Payment of the Application fee and also sent to the registered e-mail Id and mobile number.

-Generation of confirmation page will indicate that your NEET 2019 application form has been successfully submitted. 

 Copy of online application form

-It is the duplicate application formwhich is to be downloaded and kept for future reference in the form of hardcopy.

Online application form is the page which contains details like your registration number. It is sent to your email also and has your photo. Confirmation page is the page displayed after the payment of fees which is used as proof of payment.
