Hii,M.A. in International Relations and Area Stuides

The two-year Master’s Degree Programme in

International Relations and Area Studies is a Schol

level programme in which al the Centres of Study of

the Schol participate. This programme focuses on

Area Studies, an aproach to social science in which

the Schol, with nine area studies Centres that cover

the entire globe, has distinct strengths. This

programme is separate and distinct from an M.A. in

Political Science. Candidates are advised that

pursuing this Programme of Study may, in some

circumstances, render them ineligible for employment

as teaching faculty in Politcal Science departments.

M.A. in Politics (with specialization in International

Studies)

The two-year Master’s Degre Programme in Politcs

(with specialization in International Studies) is a Schol

level programme in which al the Centres of Study of

the Schol participate. The Programme combines

studies in Intemational Afairs, Area Politcs, Politcal

Theory, Comparative Politics and Economic

Development which enable the graduates to receive

al-around exposure in various fields of study.
