Hello Student

This is a very nice question as both are from government curriculum but the difference is that the NEET questions are compartively easy in Physics and Chemistry than Ncert whereas they require a fast and precision timing to solve them but the Ncert questions are more calculative .

You can get the concepts of NEET from NcERT but to ace the Competetion you are required to solve other books also like:-

Coaching Material.

Hc verma

Truemann's Elementary Biology.

Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well!
The basis of the question asked in NEET are from NCERT. But the level of difficulty is high.
In physics NCERT book- there are many concepts which are ignored by students, more over additional questions can be asked from a chapter that is considered easy by students and hence not paid attention.
In Biology- There will be questions which are not present in NCERT book. You'll have to refer to other books too.
In chemistry - there are going to questions from all 3 sections- inorganic, organic and physical you'll have to pay attention to all.

In short though NCERT forms the basis of NEET, and helps in clearing basics but still you'll have to learn and practise a lot more than NCERT.
