hi vaishali,

self funded medical seats refers to the seats that are totally funded by the student which is generally in the range of 6-7 or even more per semester. there is nothing like semi government college. there are semi government seats which are seats in private or self funded colleges ,partially funded by the government, where the cost of study is lesser than totally self funded ones. for example ,if a private college costs 60lakhs for 5 years, cost of semi private seats are around 22-25 lakhs. not all private colleges have semi private seats while some dont.

hope this helps
