Here are the eligibility criteria for GATE

The student completed their BTech degree or MSc of relevant programs or they should be in the final year of such programs
There is no minimum pass percentage in the qualifying degree for GATE 2019
There is no age limit to write gate 2019
If you are writing gate 2018 and if you are in the final year of the courses , then you should obtain a letter from principal of your institution

Hello

Indian national candidates will be eligible for GATE 2019.

Candidates belonging to Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Ethiopia and United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) will also be eligible to appear for GATE 2019.
