Eligibility Criteria for UGC NET is passed Master's Degree in the relavnt discipline with 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% on case of reserved categories such as SC, ST,OBC,PWD. Those who are pursuing Master's Degree or awaiting results of the final year of graduation too are eligibile, age limit for JRF is 30 years, for Assistant Professor there is no upper age limit, further SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women/Transgender have been provided age limit up to 35 years.
