I hope you are aware that CMC Ludhiana is a private college and doesn't participate in the All India Quota counselling. Assuming you are asking about the All India Seats under Open Category such that a candidate from anywhere in India who has qualified NEET can participate in the counselling, then given below are the related cutoffs:

• In 2018 MBBS admissions, the last rank to get admission in CMC Ludhiana under Open Category (All India) seats was AIR 20,249 with 503 marks. 
• In 2017 MBBS admissions, the last rank to get admission in CMC Ludhiana under Open Category (All India) seats was AIR 21,285 with 514 marks.
