The duration of the B.Tech course at IIIT Una is four years, eight semesters and each semester duration is six months. According to the fee structure issued for the academic session 2018-22, students have to pay a fee of Rs 1,05,000 per semester for tuition fees, and examination fees which are applicable uniformly in all semesters. Students also have to pay an annual fee (Rs 1550) in every odd-numbered semester. However, they have to pay a one-time fee of Rs 5,850 in the first semester.
