It is depending upon the college that how much will be the fees. If you chose to study in a government engineering college then the course fees will be less. But in private colleges the fees will be higher.
It can vary. Per semester 80, 000 to 1, 00, 000 it can be in private college. But in government it can be much lower.

It depends upon the colleges you are choosing and course you decide. For example, iit, nit colleges have the lowest fees structure ranging from 16k to 1 lkh per year for any courses including all the amenities. However in case of private colleges such as SRM, VIT you have to spend 4 lkh per year which doesn't include all amenities such as bus fees, hostel, etc. However you can enjoy in both these types of colleges.
The other category is the affilated colleges by the government which are generally strict and provide less amenities and the average fees starts from 30k per semester excluding the bus fees. So it depends upon the range of academics, infrastructure, minimum cut off,   placements,courses,  etc the college fees varies. I have given a link below which helps you even more.
