Hope you are doing well !  This fee structure varies from one school to another but generally the class 11th and 12th fee in science ranges from 25000-40000  per anum.

No accurate answer can be given . Fees of private school will definitely high will be around 70 K in some schools while as you know government school  are just opposite to it . So tell your school for which you want to as about.
