Rishabh, once NEET results have been announced by NTA and the DGHS releases the merit list, BCECEB releases the State Registration and Counselling process. The qualified Candidates have to register online. Now if you have Defence quota,upto 3% reservation is awarded to wards of Defense personnel. You need to select "Defense Quota" yes in the application form. And you might have to upload the Necessary document issued by the relevant authorities. But to give you an idea, once you select the option that you are a ward of "Defence/Ex servicemen", during the Counselling if you are allotted a seat, during uploading of documents and physical verification, you will have to upload and submit the document that you have.
