I can give approximate analysis because cutoff varies from year to year. The cutoff also depends on the caste.

• For SC/ST cutoff varies from 16-18
• For OBC cutoff varies from 21-24
• for GENERAL CATEGORY cutoff varies from 25-28.

The cutoff depends on no.of candidates appeared, no. of candidates qualified and caste. These are the factors that decides the cutoff marks.
If was not the present cutoff it was last year cutoff.
