Physical fitness is very much required to improve your health and to to keep yourself away from the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular diseases, thereby helping you to save money which would otherwise have to be spend on expensive medical care. It also helps you to have a healthier state of mind. Alot of people go through various mental health issues like depression and Physical activities can help to block negative thoughts or distract you from daily worries, improve your sleep patterns, etc. Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain and help you to have a fit body.
Some different forms of physical fitness activities include: brisk walking, jogging, swimming, biking, lifting weights, Yoga, etc.
Health professionals recommend a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity to maintain health and reduce your risk of health problems
