There isn't a specific least cut-off for JEE mains in Computer Science Engineering branch. The cut-off ranks differs from colleges. The cut-off ranks list depends on numbers of applications, branch and seats availablity in that respective college.

Saying about cutoff individually would not be possible because differs from colleges to colleges and also every year there is a difference which we can see in the cutoffs for CSE branch. But as you have mentioned the name of the examination ie, JEE main so if you are really looking for any top NIT or best college for CSE branch than definitely you have to keep your aim high because seeing from past general trend of cutoffs for top colleges in this particular field is above 95 percentile and goes upto 99 percentile and this is just because of the huge craze and popularity among the students for this particular branch, hope so it was helpful.
