Being a General Category Aspirant, you need to secure or perhaps target securing atleast 600+/720 to stand a chance in any of the Good Government or State Medical Colleges. Of course, in certain states like Karnataka, Jharkhand, West Bengal or Odisha the State Counselling Cutoffs do reach 500-550, but that should not be your preliminary.
