Hello,

Your above mentioned quotation line meaning is if any candidate could not qualified the entrance examination then he or she is not eligible for admission.

Bharat Institute of Higher Education Research college is present in Chennai. And for admission here you have to give BEEE examination. It is own college entrance examination.  This is deemed university. So if you are not qualified this examination then you can't get admission here. But for BSC admission except agriculture you can get admission without qualified the examination. Only merit base admission occur. You have to science stream in your 12th class and your result minimum 50% of 12th class. Then you are eligible for admission in BSC microbiology.

All the best.
