Let me clarify about your question you asked about challenging the omr sheets in neet 2019.  It means that you're challenging the response that OMR checking machine has registered from your OMR answer sheet.

for example if you actually filled option (2) as your answer on some question but machine didn't check it or checked it wrongly by registering option (1) as your answer, in that case you can challenge it.

I think you are asking about challenging the official answer key of NEET- UG 2019 .

Its an opportunity for the candidates to challenge, in case of any doubt in the answer key on the website www.ntaneet.nic.in . The Candidates are required to pay online a sum of Rs. 1000/- (one thousand only) as processing fee for each question challenged. The payment of the processing fee may be made through Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking. The processing fee will be refunded if the challenge is found correct. No challenge will be entertained without receipt of processing fee.

There has been update made by NTA for extending the date of challenging the official answer key of NEET- UG 2019 which is until 5 pm today (1 June , 2019).
